30-Day Return Policy

Return Eligibility

You may return your Pendle Hardware Wallet within 30 days of delivery for a full refund if:

  • The device is in original, unopened packaging
  • All contents and accessories are included
  • The device has not been set up or initialized
  • Tamper-evident seals are intact
  • You have the original proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For security reasons, we cannot accept returns of devices that have been:

  • Opened and initialized with a seed phrase
  • Used to generate or store private keys
  • Damaged due to misuse or accidents
  • Modified or tampered with in any way

Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at support@pendle-eu.com
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Receive return authorization and shipping label
  4. Pack the device securely in original packaging
  5. Ship using provided label and tracking
  6. Receive refund within 5-7 business days after we receive the item

2-Year Limited Warranty

What's Covered

Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for 2 years from purchase date:

  • Manufacturing defects in hardware components
  • Display malfunctions or screen defects
  • Button or input mechanism failures
  • Battery or power management issues
  • USB connectivity problems
  • Firmware corruption due to hardware failure

What's NOT Covered

  • Damage from accidents, drops, or impacts
  • Water damage or exposure to liquids
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Software issues or user error
  • Cosmetic damage that doesn't affect functionality
  • Damage from extreme temperatures
  • Loss of data or digital assets

Warranty Claim Process

  1. Contact support with device serial number and issue description
  2. Provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
  3. Follow diagnostic steps provided by support team
  4. If hardware defect is confirmed, receive return authorization
  5. Ship device using provided prepaid label
  6. Receive repaired or replacement device within 7-10 business days

International Returns & Warranty

Shipping Costs

  • Europe: Free return shipping via prepaid labels
  • North America: Free return shipping for warranty claims
  • Other Regions: Customer pays return shipping; we cover return costs for warranty claims

Processing Times

  • Returns: 5-7 business days after receipt
  • Warranty Repairs: 7-10 business days
  • International: Add 3-5 days for shipping

Data Security During Returns

Important Security Notice

For warranty claims on used devices, ensure you have securely backed up your recovery phrase before sending the device. We recommend performing a factory reset if possible, though this is not required for warranty service.

Our Data Protection Promise

  • We do not and cannot access private keys or seed phrases
  • All returned devices undergo secure data wiping procedures
  • Replaced devices are destroyed following secure disposal protocols
  • No personal data is extracted or stored from returned devices

Replacement Devices

Warranty Replacements

Replacement devices provided under warranty:

  • Are new or professionally refurbished to new condition
  • Come with the remainder of original warranty period
  • Include all original accessories and documentation
  • Are subject to the same warranty terms

Advanced Replacement

For qualifying warranty claims, we offer advanced replacement:

  • Receive replacement device before returning defective unit
  • Authorization hold on payment method as security
  • 30 days to return original device in provided packaging
  • Hold removed upon receipt of defective device
